Dasha grew up by the sea, she loved looking out from her room at the ocean and talking with the mermaids. From time to time she would get to go on a trip on the ships with her parents and siblings. She LOVED them.
Now she is married and lives far from her birth home, and she misses the ocean and all the creatures in it... but she gets to go back and see it from time to time. HOWEVER... Gnartok, doesn't enjoy nor like the ocean much....well...really AT ALL.
He is a nice husband and still went on with Dasha, even after knowing he gets sea sick.
